Blair Flats Wetland Restoration
Client: rare Charitable Research Reserve
​Summary
​​Expanded existing Grand River Floodplain wetlands in the Blair Flats property owned by rare Charitable Research Reserve. Wetland area was increased by roughly 6000m2. This work included the installation of roughly 1km of sediment fencing, excavation and regrading of roughly 4000m3 of earth and installation of 1700m2 of coir to stabilize the bank of the wetland.
